I'd already seen my Apple Support Profile updated with my new purchase and seen that you could purchase it at the online Apple Store. I didn't think anything of it at the time. They said i could do that with Apple, but they couldn't (or wouldn't ?) do that for me. I turned down the T-Mobile insurance plan ($8/month) and asked instead to buy Applecare for a one time $99. Yesterday, i purchased an iPhone 5s at the T-Mobile store (WA state). I'll admit it, i thought this would be super easy to do, but am now frustrated.
